Customers that order from us from within the EU have the right to cancel the order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. We will then refund you the full and original cost (plus delivery) of the item within 14 days of receiving your refund request. We can however, delay refunding you beyond this period if we haven't received the goods or have evidence that you have returned the goods.

Refunds on orders outside of the EU are discretionary and will only be made on a case-by-case basis, in which returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipping date.

In order to return a product, please contact us using the contact form or send us an email at within 14 days of receiving the goods and provide the following information:

  • The reason for the refund request.

  • Your order number.

  • Payment method used.

Once we receive your request, we will look into it and respond as soon as possible; providing you with a return address to send the goods back to. Please note that the cost of returning the goods back to us is at the expense of the customer.

When returning goods to us, they must be in the original packaging and in the same, new and unused condition as per when you received them.


If your return request falls outside of the stated period above, then we will be unable to refund your order. Please note, if you send an order back to us without first following the above process, then we will be unable to process your refund.
